That gives you courage! She masters her life after the death of her partner

It's always nice to talk to Viktoria Brams (68). She is not a woman complaining of self-pity. The actress would have every reason, because she had to take many fatalities: In late 2008, Viktoria Brams lost her great love, TV star Michael Hinz († 68). The year before her father had died, in the spring of 2011 he was followed by mother Elisabeth. And she herself suddenly became unemployed. 2010 came the end for her ARD series "Marienhof" - after 18 years.

We met the TV star at the "Hermes Eagles Golf Cup" in Belek (Turkey).

Do you actually mess with your destiny?

Viktoria Brams: No - I have no reason to. My dad was almost 96, my mother 91. We had so many wonderful years. They were ready to go. And professionally: It is sad that the series has been discontinued. But today I play theater. It depends on the attitude: When I look at my life, all my wishes have been fulfilled.

How do you describe the life phase in which you are now?

Viktoria Brams: I feel a bit more free right now than I was years ago and can enjoy my life again. I can just take my golf pack, play a round somewhere. That is personal luxury. Even this "Oh God, my wrinkles!" Is gone. That is an absolute liberation. I am under no pressure anymore.

The only thing missing is my husband's strong arm. We two would have liked to spend another 20 years together. But if it does not work - I get along well now and have to rejoice in what I've had. My husband has been saying "I love you!" Every day for 41 years. I had so much care and love. This has made me a quiet, well-balanced person.

They have many friends, also here in the charity golf club "Eagles". Is not a new partner among them?

Viktoria Brams: No, how is that supposed to work? The man would be sorry for me now. I am still filled with Michael's love.

What does luck mean to you today?

Viktoria Brams: A motto that I have given to my children is: do not expect so much! I never had any big wishes. My wishes were very simple. I thank God that I was allowed to work like this. That I have financial security. This is very important. And for being healthy. When I look out and the sun is shining, my heart goes up. I think I am a happy person.
