Sweeter the cash registers never sound

Jingle bells, jingle bells ... At EDEKA's checkout, Christmas is on its way: Christmas songs are being played on barcode scanners.

Just in time for December 1st, the supermarket chain EDEKA has come up with a Christmas surprise for its customers: Why not use the barcode scanner as a musical instrument?

EDEKA cashiers agree to Jingle Bells

The idea was also implemented immediately: with 13 hidden cameras and 9 cashiers, the Christmas song " Jingle Bells " was sung in one of the markets. The customers were amazed when suddenly the light went out during their shopping, and, with the shrill beeping of the cash scanner, Christmas mood was spread. As thanks, there was a big round of applause.

It is hard to imagine that the video was actually made in a normal market, especially as EDEKA is known for its funny commercials: It was not until the beginning of the year that the super-horny spot with Friedrich Leichtenstein made the rounds. Also this original Werbagag not only provides for Christmassy mood, but also disseminates super horny mood.
