Everything is terrible when women are beaten green and blue by their husbands. The Biggest Meanness: Aggressive partners often persuade women that they deserve this inhuman treatment. That's absolutely not true!
Emma Murphy has managed the incredibly difficult step of getting out of such an unhealthy relationship. She wants to talk about it in the video, so that other women can find the courage to leave their beating men! Only with tears does she manage to tell her story. Even her blue eye tells his own story. Emma Murphy is a mother of two, a successful Irish fitness blogger - and a victim of domestic violence.
The 26-year-old was beaten by her partner and not for the first time. Her husband repeatedly and physically and mentally attacked her until the mother of two children now took the courage and parted . In the video message, she tells her story with firm determination, then breaks the strong facade and tears run down her beaten face.
"He was the love of my life, " says Emma, struggling with composure. He betrayed her - but she loved him so much that she gave him another chance. But it happened again. When Emma asked him what is going on, it struck blows. Her partner also psychologically dismantled her: "You are psycho and paranoid, " he repeatedly blamed her head. "Your inferiority complexes will kill you."
The most important part of the video is her message: "NO MAN HAS THE RIGHT TO TREAT A WOMAN SO." She had the courage to go, even if it was visibly difficult, and would like to empower other women.
Brilliant figures prove that this story concerns us all: every fourth woman between 16 and 85 in Germany has already been the victim of domestic violence. The numbers are all the more frightening considering the number of unreported cases. Likely, many more suffer from males fighting.
