Cut out hearts of approx. 6 cm height from photo carton. Stick with little hearts on the edge. Label with the felt-tip pen (eg with names or love messages for Valentine's Day). Remove the commercially available pendant from the tea bag. Instead, stick the heart with an adhesive strip.
