You need this:

- Wall color in light blue (eg from Alpina, hardware store)
- Paint roller for wall paints (hardware store)
- Malerkrepp (hardware store)
- Panel color in blue (eg from Rayher)
- Paint roller (eg from Perfecta, hardware store)
- Chalk (craft shop)
- spirit level
- pencil
It's that easy:
1. Paint wall in light blue. Let dry.
2. Draw two parallel lines with the spirit level. Then stick masking tape on the lines.
3. Paint the resulting strip several times with blue board color. Let dry. Carefully remove the masking tape.
4. Label with chalk.
Tip: Apply board paint up to four times on the wall.
