The trick to peeling potatoes is so simple and so fast

Had I known this trick before, I would have brought much more potato salad to parties! So easy and fast you can peel potatoes!

I rarely eat potatoes - I really like them! But I'm just too lazy. It's so much quicker to throw a few noodles into the boiling water than to peel potatoes "forever". Especially if you need a few more potatoes for his dish.

But now that I know this trick, with which you can peel potatoes really fast, there are certainly more often the delicious tubers with me!

And the trick is actually so simple and obvious: The potatoes must be scratched before cooking!

1. Wash your potatoes well, do not peel them, but scratch the bowl in the middle once all around.

2. Cook the potatoes as usual.

3. When they are cooked, drain the potatoes (if you want, catch the potato water with a second pot, you may need it later).

4. Now put cold water in the pot with the potatoes.

5. Wait until the potatoes have cooled down enough for you to touch them. The cut, where you had scratched the shell all around, should now be visible.

6. Now you can easily peel the peel off the potatoes.

( 7. If you have kept the cooking water (see step 3), you can reheat your potatoes in it if they have become too cold for you.)

We wish you good luck and good appetite!
