Scandinavians like fashion that looks good and is functional in everyday life. They travel a lot by bicycle and therefore prefer clothing that keeps up with their activities. Of course that does not mean that they categorically reject elegant fashion or high heels. As long as the shoes are good for riding a bike, everything is fine.
