1. Perfect scrambled eggs
Put the eggs with a piece of butter in an ice-cold saucepan. Put on the plate, let it get hot, remove from the plate again and again. Stir slowly until mass is added. Season only at the end.
2. Pasta trick
Already give noodles in cold water, then they are cooked faster. Do not scare off cold! This rinses off the starch coat of noodle. Then the sauce does not stick to the noodles !
3. Crunchy Wiener schnitzel
Just take Panko, coarser Japanese breadcrumbs, instead of plain breadcrumbs. This is how the schnitzel becomes extra crispy. Give the egg a dash of cream to bake, which gives the schnitzel a different twist.
4. Potato salad times asian
Dice the hard-boiled potatoes, blanch and sauté until crisp. Mix with fine cucumber slices, mix with mayonnaise and sesame seeds. Season with sesame oil, stir in the chopped cilantro.
5. Foil fish with more flavor
Steamed fish in foil often develops little taste. My tip: Melt the skin side of the fish and sauté briefly in hot oil, then pour into the foil.
6. Smartly refine mustard
Put mustard in a bowl. Chop thyme, fennel greens and chives very finely and mix in. Wait a moment. Stir in some coarse Dijon mustard.
7. Beetroot carpaccio
Cut the pre-cooked beet into thin slices, place on a plate, do not overlap. Season with salt and pepper. First lemon juice, then pour over olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped chives and fresh Parmesan cheese.
8. Quick dip to raw salmon
Finely chop sweet-sour pickled ginger. Season with soy sauce and lemon juice. Then finely chop fresh mint and leaf parsley and add a few drops of olive oil.
9. Sharpness as needed
Not everyone likes it immediately. Tip: Add fresh or dried chili peppers in olive oil. Gently warm. Fill in a bottle, put on the table. Everyone can season so themselves.
10. Marinade for chicken wings
Cut the lemon and red onions into very fine slices. Crush the garlic cloves with your hand, add sea salt, spicy mustard and a sip of cola. Let the meat soak for 30 minutes.
