She explained how she was told when she was seven years old that she was ill with bulimia because she always had a stomach ache and constantly vomited. How she was finally thoroughly examined when she fainted - and then told that she was going to die soon. How she lost almost ten kilos in a week and was still sent to psychologists.
Stefanie Giesinger was viciously bullied
At school she was bullied because of her thin figure: "I was a very thin girl, " says Stefanie. Nasty nicknames for them were "beanstalk" and plain ". Especially in an age where you are very vulnerable, that has shaken her self-confidence extremely. But author Kai Lüftner stated: "Now the beanstalk has shown it all." But hello - that's her!
