Palace whispers
The Swedes are worried about Prince Daniel (38). The husband of Crown Princess Victoria (34) was expected last night at an important sports gala in Stockholm as a guest of honor, but had to cancel at short notice. For illness reasons - report Swedish media.
More details were not disclosed from the Haga Palace, where Victoria and Prince Daniel are currently preparing for the birth of their baby in March. Now everyone in the area surrounding Prince Daniel hopes that he has not contracted anything contagious, so as not to endanger the expectant mother and her unborn baby.
The only royal representative at the Sportsman's Festival, yesterday awarded the coveted Ericsson Globe in Sweden, was thus Prince Carl Philip (32), who is currently "playing hard", as one hears from Stockholm. He is said to have a plethora of big and small appointments on his calendar to relieve his sister Victoria, who now needs some protection.
But the crown princess does not want to say goodbye to the baby break. Tomorrow, for example, Victoria is already back in Solna, where she wants to visit the Astrid Lindgren Children's Hospital.
