How do I hide small problem zones?

Focus on either the upper body OR on the legs - so you distract from the middle of the body. Long-cut blouses, tunics or long shirts are perfect for that.

Which cuts are specifically suited to distract from the middle of the body?

If you want to conceal your thighs: Wear a figure-hugging top and a wide, swinging skirt or loose trousers.

If it is the hips and buttocks that you want to hide: Wear a tight bodice that nicely accentuates your cleavage. With a softly falling, long jacket you cover at the same time also hips and buttocks.

In which fabrics, colors and patterns do you feel most comfortable in the summer - also with regard to small mishaps?

Pay attention to loose-fitting, flowing and air-permeable fabrics, which let air to the skin. In terms of color, dark colors are best because they make you feel less fluid. Clever are wild patterns: flowers, checks or graphic patterns are a great eye-catcher and distract from problem areas and hide mishaps.

And now have fun - this will be your summer!
