Make stamp yourself
Great tubers: We make a stamp from a potato without delay and decorate a curtain with the potato printing process quickly and easily.
You need this for the curtain:
- potatoes
- fruit knife
- Linole carving tool (craft shop)
- Curtain (eg by depot, about 19 euros)
- Textile temple kisses in different shades of green (eg from Rico; Bastelladen)
- Cardboard for the work surface
And that's how easy it is:
1. Halve the potato with the fruit knife and cut out a leaf shape. Using the linoleum carving tool, carve out the leaf shape and carve the leaf structure.
2. Put cardboard under the curtain. Press the potato into the ink pad and stamp along the edge of the curtain. In other potato halves carve other leaf shapes and complete with other colors the circling edge. Fix the textile paint according to the manufacturer's instructions.
