What sounds like a bad joke, a man from Rostock has actually done and pushed himself for years before the dog tax. Last week, however, when walking, a witness noticed that the animal was without a mark. When the passer-by addressed the dog owner to the missing mark, he replied only that the animal was not a dog, but a sheep.
Medical officer revealed true identity of the animal
The witness called the police, who stopped by the dog owner a day later. Even the police remained the dog owner in his version. A medical officer who was called in to investigate the pet passport where the dog was also registered as a sheep. However, according to the doctor, the animal is clearly not a sheep but a dog of the Perro de Agua Espanol breed, a Spanish water dog. The owner had deliberately taken advantage of the slight resemblance to a sheep .
