Most recently, it was the successful lawsuit against Red Bull, which astonished us. But even this case is certainly one of the most bizarre, of which we have heard for a long time.
A man is now suing a hospital in the United States because, after he had not recovered consciousness after a colonoscopy, he was put on a pink panty hose after treatment . The man had been deeply humbled when he looked down at himself and saw for the first time his inappropriate undergarments.
This experience had even taken him so much that he lost as a result, two years later his job. For this reason, he has now decided to sue the clinic.
Whether the 32-year-old will succeed with his lawsuit against the hospital is not clear. This will probably depend primarily on whether the court considers the one-time wearing of a pink panties as a trigger for profound emotional pain .
