1. Cut along the scissors at the bread bag opening.
Then flowers and small holes are punched in the upper edge. Put the bread bag over a drinking glass.
2. From felt to template from the Internet or free hand cut small shamrocks. If necessary, stick cloverleaves on white cardboard to reinforce them.
3. Stick shamrocks on the lanterns.
4. Tie the satin ribbon around the lanterns and work in berry and motif sticks.
