Onlineshop Amazon changes its return policy. From 19 April 2017, all dealers must take their goods back under the same rules.

Online shopping can be so easy. Click, click, and you've got everything you would otherwise have to leave the front door for: new clothes, perfume, a handbag ... But what's not so easy is the return of the ordered items . If you order from Amazon, you can sing a song of it. Here were valid until 19 April 2017 at each dealer different regulations.
Comprehensive return policy for all dealers
But that should change now. As of April 19, Amazon has a general right of return that applies to all merchants. Accordingly, each merchant must take back items within 30 days without giving any reason and refund the money for the goods. For clothes and bags, retailers will also have to reimburse the shipping costs and the cost of the return.
A special return policy also applies during the Christmas period. Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 may be returned by January 31 of the following year.
