A shopping at DM brings you a lot of fun? As a study shows, you are not alone. The drugstore chain ranks the Havas Group's ranking among the most significant brands in Germany.
Under the name 'Meaningful Brands' the Havas Group examines the personal well-being of consumers after a purchase . In the international study, around 300, 000 consumers from 31 countries are surveyed.
DM was able to assert itself clearly in the study because of its supply policy, the friendly staff and its direct marketing. Customers feel well and well cared for when shopping here. Negative press such as the lawsuit with Alnatura changed nothing in this image. The drugstore chain is followed in Germany as the most meaningful brand of Mercedes-Benz and Audi.
At the international level, the ranking was led by Google, Paypal and Whatsapp.
