The good news first: In about 90 percent of all cases, breast cancer is permanently curable - if it is discovered and treated at an early stage. Every year more than 70, 000 women in Germany develop breast cancer. Because education and precaution are critical to survival, organizations like Brustkrebs Deutschland eV and Susan G. Komen for the Cure are looking forward to seeing and supporting their campaigns in October.
