So many expectant mother feels particularly weightless in the eighth or ninth month probably not. Nevertheless, the photographer Adam Opris managed to convey a feeling of lightness to the women and put them in a stunningly beautiful position: he photographed them under water.

The photographer from Florida started the project called "Underwater Maternity" in 2013. With his pictures, the artist wants to stop time, he writes on his website Adamoprisphoto.com. Sure, in no time the babies are born and run screaming through the apartment. Since one or the other mother like to remember the quiet moment under water.
"My passion is to capture moments in the lives of other people who will later take their breath away every time they look at the pictures, " says Opris. With the underwater shots of these pregnant women he has definitely succeeded. We are enchanted.
