You love Baileys? And chocolate? And ice cream? Then we have just the thing for you: a homemade chocolate ice cream with an extra helping of luck. The base: sweetened condensed milk - refined with bailyes, melted and finely chopped chocolate . Double chocolate accident!

Making chocolate ice cream yourself is easy - even without an ice cream maker. So why stay in the long lines of Gelateria when it's at least as delicious at home? Simply prepare in stock and enjoy in special moments.

Creamy Baileys chocolate ice cream

ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk (400 ml), 100 ml Baileys, 100 + 100 g dark chocolate, 400 ml cream

preparation

1. Melt 100 g of chocolate over the water bath, allow to cool.

2. Mix chocolate with Baileys and condensed milk. Beat chilled cream until stiff and place with the chopped chocolate pieces under the condensed milk. Place in a sealable container and freeze for at least 5 hours.
