Everyone can buy! We make our Nutella ourselves! It only takes five ingredients to conjure the chocolate spread!

The Nutella glass is already empty again? Scratched to the last rest? How could that happen? Maybe it was the little brother. Or the big daughter. Or the nightly cravings. Now you can get angry or laugh about these funny Nutella facts.

So you never again look into the void, we make our Nutella from now on. Nuts, chocolate and cream - it does not need much more. Together with a piece of butter and a pinch of sugar, we create our very own spread.

The great thing: Who makes his own Nutella, can garnish it to your heart's content. Whether as a souvenir or birthday present - gifts from the kitchen are always well received. And more original than the glass from ferrero is the chocolate spread! Also a great surprise: cakes, brownies and cupcakes with Nutella!

Homemade Nutella

Ingredients (about 20 portions of 15 g each)

75 g dark chocolate, approx. 60 g unsalted macadamia nut kernels, 150 g whipped cream, 30 g butter, 30 g muscovado sugar, salt

preparation

1. Chop the chocolate roughly. Chop nuts in small pan and do not roast too darkly in a frying pan over medium heat while stirring / panning several times. Remove.

2. Slowly heat the cream, butter, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and chopped chocolate, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.

3. Stir the nuts into the lukewarm (thick creamy) chocolate mass. Put the chocolate cream in a clean, well-sealable glass and store in a cool place.
