Meaning: For two (or more) weeks, you stick 6 days a week to 6 hard rules:
- You only eat 3 times a day

- In each meal you eat low-fat protein sources (fish, meat, eggs, soy products / tofu). - You omit all (yes, ALL) side dishes like potatoes, rice, pasta and even bread
- You only drink water (no matter if it's bubbling or not). The main thing is, you drink it! You can make lemons / lime juice. Or hang a teabag.

Go to the gym at least three times a week during this intensive phase, do a maximum of 45 minutes of hard strength training with basic exercises (let a good coach make a plan for you!). On the non-studio days, you can walk, walk, run or swim for 60 minutes, or cycle for 120 minutes, for at least 30 minutes. You release one day a week.
