Diet Special: Recipes from the 12-second diet
Ingredients (for one person)
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- a little lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1-2 spring onions
- 1 wholemeal roll
- 100 g smoked salmon in slices
preparation
- Mix the cream cheese with the horseradish and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the spring onions into fine rings and fold in.
- Cut the bread roll and spread with the cream. Then spread the smoked salmon on it.
