Slim recipe whole grain bread with salmon and horseradish cream

Ingredients (for one person)

  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • a little lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1-2 spring onions
  • 1 wholemeal roll
  • 100 g smoked salmon in slices


  • Mix the cream cheese with the horseradish and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the spring onions into fine rings and fold in.
  • Cut the bread roll and spread with the cream. Then spread the smoked salmon on it.
