Slim Recipe Mango lassi

Ingredients (for one portion)

  • 1 small mango
  • 150 g of low-fat yoghurt
  • 50 ml of kefir
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50-100 ml of mineral water

preparation

  • Core the mango and cut the pulp.
  • Add in a blender and puree with yogurt, kefir and lemon juice.
  • Pour into a glass and fill with mineral water.
