Diet Special: Recipes from the 12-second diet
Ingredients (for one portion)
- 1 small mango
- 150 g of low-fat yoghurt
- 50 ml of kefir
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 50-100 ml of mineral water
preparation
- Core the mango and cut the pulp.
- Add in a blender and puree with yogurt, kefir and lemon juice.
- Pour into a glass and fill with mineral water.
