Heart attack is one of the most common causes of death, but you can prevent it - with red wine. If you do not want to show the signs of this and want to reduce the risk, scientists say it can help a small glass of healthy vine juice during the day.

Red wine provides healthy ingredients

When you drink wine, you automatically consume the so-called polyphenols - aromatic compounds in red wine. These are herbal substances that have been scientifically proven to protect against a heart attack . They not only improve the blood circulation and thus increase the circulation of the heart muscle, but also prevent inflammation, thrombosis and cardiovascular diseases.

In addition, wine also has a positive influence on the fat composition of the blood: So-called bad cholesterol is reduced, the blood is diluted by the alcohol and thus the arteriosclerosis prevented. Overall, according to scientific studies, this lowers the risk of having a heart attack .

Prevent myocardial infarction: enjoy red wine in moderation

If you want to reduce your risk of heart attack with red wine by up to 50 percent over the long term, you can treat yourself to one glass of juice per day. While for men, the ideal amount is 0.4 liters, women should take a leisurely approach and enjoy a maximum of 0.3 liters of the drink. If you do not consume alcohol for some reason, you can also use the non-alcoholic red wine powder, which also contains the helpful polyphenols.

Red wine: Not suitable for everyone and only in moderation

As healthy as the plant substances contained in the deep red vine juice may be - consuming red wine is not always the optimal solution if you want to prevent a heart attack and stay healthy. For example, if you are struggling with kidney disease, diabetics or being pregnant, the fluid is not the right choice for you. With all the positive qualities you should not forget that alcohol is ultimately a neurotoxin that can severely damage the body, especially the heart, in large quantities.
