Miley Cyrus has just made a comment on Twitter that either equates to a shocking confession or will once again bring her a lot of criticism if she chose her words carelessly. On her profile she wrote: "If I could change one thing about myself, it would be my obsessional neuroses. Why can not I stop brushing? Makes me crazy! "Does that mean the teen queen was diagnosed with a mental disorder, or is she kidding the disease and jokingly chanting what would really displease people who really are sick? Are Miley Cyrus? Miley Cyrus recently lamented that she was disappointed with the rain and that the weather in Los Angeles was suffering from bipolar disorder. Apparently she throws carelessly with medical terms around. However, if she did suffer from a mental disorder such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, which also interferes with social behavior, her careless behavior in the past would take a whole new turn
