Terrible inheritance dispute for their millions

Their sad life could not beautify the millions. Who are they now?

No name has this sound - no name arouses so many memories of the highest happiness and deepest suffering as that of the unfortunate ex-Empress Soraya († 69).

What did not this woman experience - from the splendid marriage with the Shah in February 1951 to her lonely death on October 26, 2001. The cleaning lady found her dead in her Parisian penthouse, she was buried in the Munich West Cemetery. But until today there is a terrible argument about her millionths - when will she finally find peace?

What is at stake, is quickly told: Soraya inherited around 20 million her only brother, but died only a few days after her. His private secretary Hassan Firoutzor found a handwritten note that allegedly made him the sole heir.

The dispute revolves around the legality of this document. Because even around 20 relatives of Soraya's widely ramified family claim the assets.

And again and again, new alleged relatives came forward in the past - so Soraya's body and her brother's had to be exhumed. Unworthy. But the court had ordered genetic testing - but they turned out to the detriment of the alleged heirs.

Now the dispute is entering a new round. We learned this exclusively from the lawyer of a true Soraya -related, inheritance expert Hartwig Urbainsky.

We learn: Soraya's brother suffered from alcohol and tablet addiction. Hartwig Urbainsky: "The question is: was Bijan even able to write a will, because only five hours before death, at night at 23:15, he wrote this will."

It is also just a sticky note, with a single sentence on it ... Negotiation is in front of the Cologne district court. Now, a new report will finally clarify whether the will is right. Only then will the judge make his judgment.
