Prince Hisahito receives kindergarten diploma

Off to elementary school

That is probably only in Japan! The small Japanese prince Hisahito (6) completed the kindergarten with a diploma after three years. His parents, father Prince Akishino (47) and mother Princess Kiko (46) are bursting with pride and that's what you look at the otherwise restrained Royals.

Prince Hisahito was awarded the diploma as a mark of his successful completion of the kindergarten in a ceremony at the Ochanomizu University in Tokyo.

Therefore, the family threw properly in shell. In his dark blue suit, Prince Hisahito came to say goodbye to kindergarten life.

As usual in Japan, he had to pass an entrance exam for his desired elementary school and passed it with flying colors. Therefore, it is time to buffle again after the holidays. For even after primary school is again a difficult entrance examination.

That's why kindergarten children in Japan usually go to private remedial classes - not because they perform poorly, but because they expect more dedication and more knowledge from them than anywhere else.

Certainly, Prince Hisahito will not be able to escape this. He is in the public eye, because he is currently ranked 3rd in the Japanese succession. Should the Japanese Emperor Akihito (79) abdicate once, Crown Prince Naruhito (53) will follow him.

However, he has "only" one daughter: Princess Aiko (11). Since the Japanese succession is currently a mere men's thing, is ranked second Naruhito's brother Akishino, which would be followed by his son Hisahito.

What will happen once Naruhito is an emperor, you do not know. For the time being, Prince Hisahito will be hotly acted as the future emperor and must show his performance accordingly - even at a young age ...
