Plus-size models present fashion for "small sizes

We are excited!

We have not seen it this way before: The fashion label Rum + Coke had their new collection exclusively presented by plus-size models, although they sell even small sizes.

Many labels produce their fashion from XS to XXXL, but when it comes to advertising and presenting their clothes, thin women are always booked for the campaigns. Not so with Rum + Coke ! Here, plus-size models present the new parts from the current party collection, although this is also in small sizes - for example S - to buy.

Designer Courtney Smith finds this step quite normal. "Nobody is surprised when thin models are shot in shoots for other labels." For various reasons she decided to book "big" women with dark skin for the photo shootings. "First, I believe in the diversity of beauty, and secondly, there are too many women who rarely see women in advertising, " she told refinery29.com.

We think: she is right - and now show you the great results of the shootings - not only for small sizes ...

Speak my mind in an interview with @ refinery29 !!! Icing on the cake for 2014! # refinery29 #designer #plussize #happynewyear #supportwomen #celebratewomen #shecute #loveyourself #befullofyourself
