Small effort, big impact
The old flower vase does not look good anymore but you do not want to throw it away? Then we have here a simple and effective DIY idea for you!
You need this for the vase:
- Acrylic paint in rosé
- Stamp with ornament (eg of idea)
- Paper bag (household goods)
- old vase
- Flowers: snapdragon in dark red, pink carnations, amaranthus St. John's wort (berries), blackberry branch
- brush
- secateurs
- knife
And that's how easy it is:
1. Apply the paint evenly to the stamp.
2. Print the bag in the middle and let the paint dry.
3. Fill the vase with water and place in the bag.
Bouquet:
1. Free the stems of the flowers from excess green.
2. Assemble flowers to a mixed bouquet, making the stems spirally.
3. Shorten the bouquet with the rose scissors to vase length.
4. Cut the ends of the stems diagonally for better water absorption.
5. Put the bouquet loose in the water-filled vase.
