- some paper bags (department store)
- Spray paint in gold and pink (eg from Hobby Line; craft shop)
- Angel wings in matching size (craft shop)
- Hot glue gun with hot glue

Spray bags in color and let them dry.
2. Glue angel wings to the bags with hot glue.
3. Fill bags as you like.
