Place the top layer of a napkin on the cardboard roll and coat with the clear coat. At the upper and lower edges, fold the napkin inwards and glue it in place. Let dry.
Cut a piece of paper into the width of the paper roll. Roll in a few lucky charms. Wrap the paper roll in the tissue paper (about 3 times as wide as the cardboard roll). Tie on both sides like a candy with ribbon. Push through the cardboard roll.
