From the Easter dressmaking
It's amazing how quickly you can give a simple look to a simple sofa with some pillows. We'll show you how to do that.
That's what you need for the pillow:
- Tablecloth over Ebay
- Sewing thread in white
- Cushion Inlet 40 x 40 cm
- tape measure
- fabric scissors
- pins
- sewing machine
And that's how easy it is:
1. For a 40 x 40 cm cushion, cut two pieces measuring 42.5 x 42.5 cm from the tablecloth.
2. Place pieces of fabric together right side to right, creating a square of 42.5 x 42.5 cm.
3. Fix pages with pins and sew together with a seam allowance of approx. 1 cm. On one side leave an opening for turning and for the inlet.
4. Turn fabric over.
5. Insert the filling pad through the opening and sew it by hand.
