More motivation at work - the best tips!

Peter F. Kinauer knows the best tips against job frustration.

Laugh, work, have fun

After the Easter holidays, the German offices fill up again - but in most there is frustration. Every fourth employee has already quit internally. Motivation? Wrong! We have the best tips to make you enjoy your work again.

Easter is over, we have beaten our bellies with chocolate bunnies and enjoyed the days off. Granted, after the extra-long weekend, it's not easy to get up early. But nearly eight million Germans would prefer to lie down every day - they do not feel like doing their job, are frustrated daily and have more days off. Motivation ? Passion? Zeal? Nope!

Every fourth employee in Germany has already quit internally. This has resulted in a study by the consulting firm Gallup. Instead of climbing the career ladder, people bitch, moss, and long for the end of the day . Only 14 percent of employees feel emotionally tied to their job . And those who do not work are less proactive, responsible and willing to perform.

But there is another way! We asked the motivational expert Peter F. Kinauer (72) from Vienna how to manage to have more fun at work and finally get up in a good mood in the morning. The best tips with us!
