Plum with Amaretto

Preparation time approx. 6 hours Per 100 g approx. 406 kcal
Ingredients for 6 glasses (200 ml each)
- 2.5 kgstoned plums
- 500 gmilk sugar
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 4 tablespoons Amaretto
- 6 tsp rum
Preparation:
1. Wash plums, cut in half and remove the seeds.
2. Pour fruits into a large saucepan, add preserving sugar, sugar, cinnamon and amaretto. Mix everything, let plums in the mixture for about 1 hour.
3. Place the plum mixture on the heat, bring to the boil while stirring. Approximately Simmer 40 minutes with occasional stirring until the plums are tender.
4. Smear fruits through a sieve or "Lotte Lotte". Heat the oven to 150 degrees. Cook plum puree in a large ovenproof dish in the oven for about 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour mus into sterile jars, add 1 tsp of rum each and close immediately.
