ME! Constanze, * 1969, twin, home beautician, author. From now on and once a week, I'll check you out with little columns and feed you with food for thought. Some things I like to take a fancy, but some animal seriously: eg orphaned bedrooms, lost socks, haute couture & H & M, and everything that provides me daily observation so to carry it to you on.

Our hearts are full of memories, our minds full of thoughts, our home - a storeroom that overflows? Why is it difficult to let go? It makes the holding so hard! How liberating it is to throw away its garbage every day, we know. We release what is used up, what we no longer need, what we no longer need. What about other material things that surround us?
As a home beautician, I often experience anxiety and helplessness. Fear of separating prematurely, helplessness, because the first step seems so difficult.
Summer is coming, but not everyone is out there for 24 hours. Our home is gaining importance again, driven by residential documentaries on the screen and residential forums in the virtual world!
Our home - a storeroom, a smorgasbord of stories, accessories, memories thrown together? Our home is the most personal place, our island, our oasis, our mirror, our business card. Here live, love, laugh, dream, receive, relax, seduce, eat and drink. Your own 4 walls - how unloving do some residents deal with them? We shower daily, brush our teeth every day. Not only because we should, but because it is good to cleanse ourselves from the muck of the day. Let him go.
I've seen bedrooms where he could not seduce any more YOU. File folders, full ashtrays, boxes and laundry mountains adorned the room. The platform of seduction was dusty, the paint of romance scratched. Does not every room have a character? The bathroom: if we take a bubble bath with relish, we would not like to look to a toilet, around which all household cleaners rank. Let's hide it! In the bedroom - do not things that do not belong there inevitably destroy the atmosphere?
A bedroom must be fun! Every room should be fun, to enter, to enliven it. The kitchen - do we still use all cabinet contents? Do we still keep track? The living room - more children's and playground as a lounge for yourself, the family, our friends? On what things does our heart depend? Which things do we no longer use - which objects do not need us anymore? You should change the owner! Our home is WE! The books that stand there, the music that comes from the turntable - they tell us. How does Aunt Uschi's souvenir tell us that he's embarrassed, but we never liked it? If we create space, we beautify our rooms through clarity, through structure, through new arrangements. Let's experiment. Let us express ourselves - clearly and clearly! If we walk through our rooms with open eyes and senses - what always struck us, and what not at all? Take something to hand. Do you hesitate and think back and forth? Too late! Stow it in a bag. If you forget the bag in the next few weeks, separate yourself from the special garbage. Remember: throw away garbage, free! We let go! And so we come a little closer to freedom! Our very personal freedom!
