Are you suffering from an eating disorder? Pay attention to these hints

If you pay attention to every single calorie you should think about its eating behavior.

All day, watch out for what you eat and try to eat as few calories as possible. These are signs of an eating disorder that you should take seriously. With our test you can find out if you pay too much attention to your diet.

About two-thirds of women in this country claim to have problems with their food. So that there are no misunderstandings: these women do not all suffer from anorexia or bulimia; Diseases that affect at least 3.5 percent of 18- to 35-year-olds. These women are just "eating out", always careful not to eat fat, constantly thinking about the fridge.

Does eating scare you?

They are always afraid to eat too much and thereby ruin their figure. You control your weight strictly and change your eating behavior even with small increases. Their slogan: slim at all costs.

Do you eat against the stress?

They compensate for failures and disappointments through eating - the famous frustration eating. Maybe you too, if you're feeling well.

Does eating dominate your thinking?

You're busy counting calories and planning your meals and / or fitness sessions from morning to night. Other things are therefore too short (eg friends). Even the sport can take too much time.

Do you suffer from a food control compulsion?

Spontaneously eating something because you feel like it and just enjoy it - you certainly can not do that anymore. They adhere to your personal diet plan and accurately divide food: allowed and forbidden.

The Devastating: The more you try to control food, the more uncontrollable it gets. Anyone who tries, especially low food and in response to eating too much, for the food is at some point a completely unknown size. And at some point the feeling of hunger bids farewell. In its place comes an indefinable greed, a mixture of mini hunger and monster appetite.

It does not matter if you just feel too fat or if you are actually a bit too fat: finding a healthy and sensual relationship with food is definitely worthwhile. For whoever has it, is richly rewarded: with delight in food, with health and with a figure that suits him. Do not worry, it will not be fat. Because that is not a living thing by nature - or have you ever seen an overweight fox?
