200 g butter, 1 pinch of salt, 300 g sugar, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 350 g flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 125 ml orange lemonade, 400 g raspberries, 300 g skim curd cheese, 300 g mascarpone, grease for the baking tray
preparation
1. Mix the fat, salt and 150 g of sugar in a mixing bowl with the whisk of the hand mixer. Beat the egg yolks and 2 eggs one at a time into the fat cream. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the lemonade. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / circulating air: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 30 minutes.
