For the dough, add honey, butter, sugar and salt to a saucepan and heat over medium heat while stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients have become a mass. Roll out the dough 2-3 mm thin on a floured work surface. Put stencils on top, cut out twice each. Knead dough pieces for this again and roll out again. Cut out stars from the remaining dough (about 5 cm Ø).

Cut a round window (approx. 3 cm Ø) and a door (3 x 4 cm) into the front of the house. Reduce the door (3.5 x 2 cm). Cut out 1 window (4 x 4 cm) in the side walls of the house and quarter squares. Place the pieces of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / circulating air: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) 8-10 minutes.

Sieving powdered sugar in a bowl. Add the egg whites and mix into a thick sauce. Fill the jar, except for 3 tbsp, into a piping bag with a small hole or a freezer bag and cut off a small corner. First glue together the frame and let it dry for about 20 minutes.

Now attach the two roof tiles with the icing and let it dry. Put on a cake plate. Attach door with frosting to the house.

Put the remaining cast in a small freezer bag and cut off a very small corner. Decorate house gable side with it. Glue sugar hearts and saplings to the gable and side walls with the help of frosting. From the candy canes carefully break the curves, spray on a strip of casting and attach to the gables on the corners of the house. Decorate a star with font.

Put the small squares together with one blob of cast. Sprinkle the roof serpentine with a cast, give a thick blob for the chimney. Place the squares as a chimney (at a slight incline).

Decorate the roof with meringues and put the decorated star on the top. Spray icicles on the roof edges with cast iron and carefully pull off the piping bag. Possibly. decorate with the remaining stars.
