"For my little Emma I am the great protector"
It is a picture full of harmony and happiness: Lars Riedel (45) sits in the garden of his house on Lake Tegernsee and holds in his arms the most valuable thing he possesses: his two wives.
For the likeable "Let's Dance" candidate, girlfriend Katja (36) and daughter Emma Luise (7 months) are the heartbeat of life.
Painfully, his last relationship broke up. The marriage with ex-wife Kerstin failed in 2005 and the contact with son Robert (18 today) broke off.
But these dark hours left Lars Riedel behind - also thanks to his sweet daughter . "If Emma wakes me up in the morning and laughs at me - that's the biggest thing there is, " says Lars Riedel .
And like every father, "Super-Lars" only wants the best for his child. "I'm the great protector for my little Emma, so if I think something's not going to be good for my daughter, I'll be there immediately, so I'm tough, " says the 1.99-meter tall dog.
How nice Emma, that you have such a great dad.
