The great masters wear designers - thanks to Instagram
Art - sounds like compulsory events in holy halls. We can reassure you: Because in the net the old masters are in a good mood! On the Instagram account Copylab century-old paintings meet current fashion trends.
Chris Rellas proves with his Instagram page Copylab, which was founded almost two months ago, that fashion is an art . And literally.
For example, in William Adolphe Bouguereau's "The Birth of Venus" in 1879, he photographs a swimsuit with a rhinestone cross from Nastygal. In "The Wave", the same artist morphs the Chanel Canvas Graffiti backpack. Frida Kahlo wears a CĂ©line shirt, Jan Vermeers, thanks to Copylab "The Girl with the Pearl Earring" now adorns Chanel and Emile Auguste Hublin's "Friend in need" is hung with Givenchy's Shark Tooth Necklace and Septum Ring.
In short, when Instagram combines old paintings with today's fashion items, it's damn cool to watch!
