No destination is too far for her, no flight too long. Her panic attacks are fortunately past, she now told the Norwegian newspaper "Verdens Gang".

Mette-Marit also spoke openly about how she overcame her aversion to flying. After reluctantly landing on the jets for a long time with a queasy feeling, she decided to seek professional help in 2012 following a dramatic crash in her machine in Copenhagen - an incident she was understandably very addicted to. The therapy started!

Since then, she meditates, as soon as she realizes that she would be in a plane again tense, she said in the interview and revealed yet another, very personal, trick as a "remedy": Mette-Marit then concentrates internally on a church hymn. "I'm in the Lord's Hand" - "I'm in the hands of the Lord" - is the name of the song, which then hums in the spirit. "That always helps me, " says Norway's Crown Princess.
