Great robe, great jewelry
It was noticeable at every step: Queen Máxima enjoyed once again on Wednesday evening, in full force, to unfold all the splendor that the monarchy has to offer in the Netherlands. She trumpeted at the gala reception for the diplomatic corps in a bright red strapless robe, crowned by a ruby-tiara and adorned with matching necklace, earrings and bangle. "Maximal!" Praised her fans.
To sparkle with Máxima at the splendid event in Amsterdam's Op de Dam, Old Queen Beatrix and her sister Princess Margriet also dug deep into their well-stocked jewel box, but fished much smaller tiaras. Máxima was allowed to outshine everyone, which she then enjoyed.
