The new stroller from iCandy conquer the German market. But what about the new models? We tested the iCandy "Peach 3".
Our editor Jana and her son Valentin dare the test: What is the stroller "Peach 3" from iCandy?
It is THE question of all parents: which of the felt thousands of stroller models should it be? After all, the offspring must be safe and comfortable and, let's be honest, there are now so stylish cars, as Mommy may also think a bit of itself and the cool look.
When I was pregnant, I first made the question a mistake, because: Frequently asked models have a good 12 weeks delivery time. Therefore, it is recommended not to rummage in the 8th Month but better earlier. Well, it went well again.
It quickly became clear to us: Since we live in the city, a huge nostalgic retro stroller is out of the question. It should be manoeuvrable, easy to fold, if possible also a flyweight, which can later be converted into a buggy.
Requirements that the "Peach 3" from "iCandy" easily fulfills. In the trendy cobalt blue I drive my little ones through the area. When I leisurely turn the car around with one hand and Baby Valentine squeals with pleasure, I know that the "iCandy Peach 3" is the perfect choice for us.
And even I, even desperate to build an Ikea chair, manage to fold the "Peach3" in just a click, with only one hand. Thumbs up!
By the way, as a Peach fan, I'm in the best of company. Also Victoria Beckham and Selma Blair drive their offspring in the "iCandy".
With us the stroller is not as common as in Great Britain, which I like. After all, I do not feel like seeing my stroller around the corner.
The "Peach 3" in my case, however, has a tiny hook: Since my son is a really big little boy, he already fills the car with his three months and there is not much air left on the head and on the feet. From six months onwards, he is allowed to change into the sitting position with the sports cap - I am curious if he will fit in the tub during the whole "baby time", because it looks a bit short.
Nevertheless, my conclusion: For the big city, the "Peach3" is just great.
