It is horrible how this little girl writhes in pain - whimpers and cries. The terrible: A vaccine could have prevented her suffering.
At least since the measles wave in Berlin vaccination opponents and vaccination advocates discuss violently over the pros and cons of vaccination. Should I have my child vaccinated - yes or no?
Again and again, voices claim that vaccinating is dangerous - the effectiveness of vaccinations has never been confirmed and vaccinations have to be repeated constantly. Fact is: vaccinations can save lives. Like the life of this little girl.
The heartbreaking video shows how horrible it is when a baby is sick. The little girl suffers from whooping cough - a respiratory disease that is accompanied by severe coughing fits and vomiting. And at worst leads to death.
It is almost unbearable how the small body writhes in pain, cramping, whimpering and crying. Of course, that does not mean that all children with severe cough are not vaccinated. But suffering and pain, which can be avoided by a vaccine, we see very clearly in this poor worm.
