1. Make the poles from polymer clay.
For each two colors to form a long, narrow sausage.
2. Both loop around each other like a cord. Roll the whole thing flat again and form the hat.
3. Leave to dry in the oven according to the package instructions.
4. Print the names on tracing paper, cut them to size and secure them to the bars with double-sided adhesive tape.
