Garlic gives many dishes only the right spice and is in most kitchens indispensable. In addition, the tuber is extremely healthy for blood, heart and vessels.
With this trick, peel garlic without your fingers even days later smell.
Put the whole garlic bulb in a sealable glass (eg preserving jar). Shake the glass vigorously - after a short time, the toes will be cut out of the tuber. You can now remove the outer shell from the glass.
Close the glass again and shake on. The fine shell, which protects the individual garlic cloves, gradually falls off. Now pour the contents of the glass on a plate and peck the peeled garlic cloves out with a fork.
If you only need a few cloves of garlic, you can wrap the remaining ones with a cling film and put them in the fridge. Alternatively, you can put the garlic cloves in a clean mason jar
