Warm coffee leftovers

You have just made a cup of coffee, the phone rings and the cup of coffee is already forgotten. Can you warm up your coffee?

Do you know the problem: You have just poured yourself a cup of coffee, then the phone rings and already is the cup of coffee forgotten? The question remains: Can you really warm up cold coffee?

So you can heat all kinds of things in the microwave - noodles, for example. And soup. But coffee? Coffee too - black coffee at least. Latte coffee is not. The reason: If you leave milk for more than 2 hours at room temperature, bacteria can form. In the worst case, these can trigger diarrhea and vomiting.

Although you can theoretically warm up black coffee, we advise against it in practice. Experience has shown that cold coffee loses its aroma after 30 minutes and tastes bitter. Tasty is different!
