Current

His whole heart was attached to her, she was his one and only. Incredible 18 years moderated Kai Pflaume (43) his dome show "Only love counts" on SAT.1, it was his life's work - now everything is out!

A separation after so long is painful. The popular presenter will no longer travel as a love messenger through Germany and bring together lonely hearts. His fans are shocked! But there is also good news, because the moderator is now really starting! His brave new start ... In "Only Love Counts" Kai Pflaume (43) has done what he always did best: entertain people. And that is exactly what he will continue to do! Since January he presents the "Star Quiz" on the ARD. "It was a big challenge for me, " says Pflaume. A fiery test! And he did his job so well that his new employer no longer wants to give up the smart moderator and wants more from him. Kai Pflaume reveals: "The NDR has some plans for me, many formats are planned. In early summer there will be a family show at prime time in the first one. I'm really looking forward to my new shows! " For the good-looking star, things could not get any better - he's overwhelmed with inquiries. Although there is still a lot to clarify, one thing is certain: Kai Pflaume will be traveling a lot in the future. Is there enough time for his private life?

Precious time he could spend at home with wife Ilke (42) and sons Marvin (13) and Leon (10). Because his family is sacred to him. He uses every free minute to be with his sweethearts, go out in the fresh air with his sons, or be close to his wife. But Ilke has long since got used to the fact that her husband is traveling a lot for work. And Kai Pflaume looks relaxed on the future: "Of course I travel a lot, that's not always easy. But we have always found a way. The longest time I was separated from my family was two weeks. And that should stay that way. " Sounds as if the charming presenter started his new start thoughtfully. And even if he is not allowed to say anything concrete, circulating hot speculations: Supposedly Kai Pflaume should follow in the footsteps of Hans Rosenthal († 61): He is to revive the classic "Dalli Dalli". And there we are clearly of the opinion: That would be - great!
