Coffee Party : Muffin Napkin

Coffee and muffins make a perfect couple - for the taste and the look.

You need this:

Sheet of paper, Vliesofix (fabric department), cotton fabric in brown, striped and white, cloth napkin, sewing machine, pencil, scissors, iron, scissors

That's how it's done:

1. Draw a template for the muffin cup with cream cap on paper.2. Cut each muffin dish, muffin and cream cap separately.3. Iron Vliesofix under the different fabrics.4. Use the cut out muffin parts as a template. Transfer and cut out shapes with pencil.5. Reassemble and iron muffin items on the napkin.7. Sew along the contours with a tight zig-zag stitch.

1. Using needle and matching yarn, embroider an apple or pear shape in the backstitch (lockstitch) on a napkin corner. Embroider a stem in green. Sewing threads.2. Fold the napkin so that the motif is visible.

WOHNIDEE special tip for a coffee party

Discarded coffee cups are perfect as a new candle holder.

You need this:

Wax granules (craft shop), coloring sticks (craft shop) or candle scraps, candle wick (craft shop), adhesive strips (eg by Tesa), shashlik skewers, old cups

That's how it's done:

1. Melt the wax granules over a water bath according to the manufacturer's instructions and add a dyeing rod into the melted wax (observe the manufacturer's instructions). Alternatively: 1. Melt candles (from through-colored candles) over a water bath.2. Place the candle wick in the center of the cups and fix / clamp in place between two glued skewers.3. Pour wax into the cups and allow to cool. Possibly. add wax again.

LOVE ADVICE: Do not allow candles to burn unattended and avoid drafts. Keep the burning bowl clean. If the candle smokes, wick shorten something. Only burn the candle on an incombustible base or use a self-extinguishing candle.
